"In 2017 we bought 3 houses with Judi Phillips assistance. We met Judi when she was the listing agent on a property we were interested in. When that house did not pan out for us, we hired Judi "the day after". She is a great real estate professional - she knows the market, she is a skill full negotiator. And for us she has been a "one stop shop", as she also helped finding contractors and renters for our properties . We even ended up consulting with her on remodeling plans. Although my experience with her is as a buying broker, if I were to sell a home in this area, without any hesitation I would contract Judi to manage the listing."
